The centralized cutting fluid purification system is usually placed next to the waste liquid collection tank, and is equipped with a water pump and a filter tank. The water outlet of the waste liquid collection tank is connected to the water inlet of the system water pump through a water pipe. An installation frame is slidably connected along the length direction of the waste liquid collection tank, and a magnet block close to the bottom of the waste liquid collection tank is arranged on the installation frame. Waste water passes through a filter medium or facility with pores, and suspended solids larger than the pore size are intercepted, so that the waste water is purified to a certain extent. The suspended solids in the waste water are separated through physical filtration. The physical filtration device is fluidly connected with the collection tank, and the physical filtration device is one or a combination of a box filter press, a belt filter press and a plate and frame filter press.
When the centralized cutting fluid purification system filters waste water, first guide the waste water into the waste water sedimentation tank for standing. After standing for a period of time, iron filings and sediment will settle to the bottom of the waste water sedimentation tank. At this time, the water pump can be turned on, and the water pump will pump away the relatively clean water on the upper layer of the waste water sedimentation tank. The water pumped away by the water pump enters the filter tank, and continues to be filtered through the filter layer in the filter tank, and finally clean liquid can be obtained;
